Who provides the app

Hybrid4Life is provided by VEGA LABS LTD. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Questions can be sent to support@vegalabs.co.uk.

Training and watch features

The app helps you build and record hybrid training workouts, review progress, and send supported sessions to a compatible Garmin watch. It is an independent training tool. It is not an official HYROX, Garmin, or WHOOP product and does not grant entry to any event.

Training information, targets, and estimates are for general fitness use. They are not medical advice. You are responsible for choosing activity appropriate for your health and equipment. Stop training and seek qualified advice if you experience pain or symptoms that concern you.

Your account and data

You may use available local features without an account. If you create an account, keep your sign in details secure and provide accurate information. You retain ownership of workouts and other content you create. You permit us to store and process that content only as needed to operate the app and features you use, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

To request account deletion, use our account deletion page. Removing the app or signing out does not by itself delete cloud records or cancel a paid plan.

Memberships and trials

Paid plans, when available, are offered through Google Play. The paywall and Google Play checkout show the actual plan, billing period, price, and any eligible introductory trial before you confirm. A trial, if offered and accepted, converts to a paid recurring subscription when it ends unless you cancel beforehand. Each plan renews at its stated interval until cancelled.

Cancel and manage your subscription in Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund an existing charge. Google Play handles payment and refund requests under its applicable policies and your statutory rights. Deleting your Hybrid4Life account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

We may change future plan prices or features. Any price change to an existing subscription is handled through Google Play with any required notice or consent. The price shown in Google Play at checkout controls your purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, infringe another person's rights, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, and will act consistently with applicable law.

Availability and rights

We aim to keep Hybrid4Life available and accurate, but devices, networks, watch connections, and third party services can fail or change. We may update the app and its features. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under applicable consumer law or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version with its date on this page. We will give appropriate notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. Contact support@vegalabs.co.uk if you need help.
