Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Hybrid4Life account and its associated cloud workout data, even if you no longer have the app.

How to request deletion
Email support@vegalabs.co.uk with the subject “Hybrid4Life account deletion”. Send the request from the email address linked to your account if you can. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before deleting it. You can also open this page from the Profile screen in the app.
What happens to your data
We will delete your Firebase account and associated cloud workout and integration records after verifying the request. Workouts stored only on your phone remain there until you delete them or clear the app. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, or fraud prevention reasons. Google Play and RevenueCat may keep transaction records under their own retention policies. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
Cancel a subscription separately
Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. If you subscribed, first cancel it in Google Play subscriptions to avoid a future renewal. You can still request account deletion if you need help cancelling; explain this in your email and we will help you find the correct Google Play steps.
